MAINTENANCE PROJECT LEADER (HIM)

Grade 12 / Matric.

Computer literate (MS Office, Email & Internet).

English speaking (home language) (person must be able to speak, read and write English and Afrikaans competently).

Experience in a similar position ESSENTIAL!

Electrical, plumbing and water reticulation experience a MUST!

Health and Safety, Risk assessments.

Knowledge of ordering and management of stock.

Strong leadership and development skills.

Must have excellent communication and report writing skills.

Management / supervision of sub-contractors.

Code 08 driver’s license is ESSENTIAL!

MUST be willing to work Duty Manager Shifts and be on standby for emergencies.

Salary package offered: R7000-00 per month (live-in) + Provident Fund + Medical Aid

FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (Her)

Grade 12 / Matric.

Computer literate (MS Office, Email & Internet).

English speaking (home language) (person must be able to speak, read and write English and Afrikaans competently).

Presentable with good administration skills ESSENTIAL!

Reservations and Holiday rentals an added advantage.

Salary package offered: R4770-00 per month (live-in) + Provident Fund + Medical Aid
