W*e are looking for a self motivated individual to join our successful team as a COURSE ADMINISTRATOR *

Purpose of the Job

Updating learner information onto Learner Management System (LMS).
Uploading learner results to ETDP, Services SETA and SABPP.
Maintaining spreadsheets of qualifications and skills programme certificates received from Seta’s.
Generating skills programme certificates for learners who have attended courses at Maccauvlei.
Informing learners that their certificates are ready for collection.
Co-ordination assistant in T & D and Trainer Development.
Requirements

Minimum Requirements – Qualifications
- Grade 12

Minimum Requirements – Experience
- 3 years’ administration experience in a Training environment

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

- Knowledge of a LMS
