Course Consultants (FTC)

Vacancies exists at Agricolleges International for Course Consultants reporting directly to the Course Delivery Manager. The role of the Course Consultant will be to provide personalised support to students enrolled for any online course.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact between students and ACI.
• Welcoming students via email.
• Ensuring students receive any relevant information concerning the course(s).
• Discussing and implementing assignment deadlines.
• Facilitating and moderating student forum discussions.
• Troubleshooting any technical problems, the student may have.
• Providing administrative support throughout the student’s journey.
• Taking responsibility to fully understand the student’s individual situation.
• Supporting struggling students.
• Follow up with students on low participation and engagements.
• Conduct product knowledge training and proactively seek ways to improve student’s knowledge of course offerings.
• Accurately collating data and compiling reports relating to marketing campaigns, related projects and student groups.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Senior Certificate essential, tertiary qualification highly advantageous.
• Proven customer service experience essential.
• Experience in student mentoring and leadership.
• High EQ – well developed intra – and inter personal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of compassion for others with a focus on building new and maintaining relationships.
• A passion for helping learners achieve their goals and dreams.
