The Creative Director is a strong leader with honed out the box thinking and strategy skills. The Creative Director will be hard working and enjoy the glory of delivery the best in the business marketing and advertising campaigns. They will be in charge of providing direction to the Creative Department and the rest of the agency, with regard to integrated creative solutions for clients communication needs.

Key functions:

- Drive the overall quality of the Creative product whilst maintaining accountability to client objectives
- Ensure quality of work is maintained/improved under your leadership
- Produce creative TTL that ranks amongst the most liked in all market segments
- Devise an award drive to produce better proactive work and ensure that this drive is efficiently run
- Create TTL “solutions” as opposed to “one-off” concepts
- Complete work within client deadlines and budgets
- Create a culture of “solutions not problems” within the creative department
- Manage the careers of all
- Working from a brief with a copywriter, generating concepts to present to the client
- Working on designs to produce an effective advertising or marketing campaign
- Being able to manage a time schedule and work under pressure
- Being able to analyse a brief and conceptualise pragmatic creative solutions
- Work closely with Copywriter and Client service team to develop award-winning strategic advertising and promotional campaigns within the parameters of the creative brief – conceptualizing
- Design & craft concepts into original, relevant and impactful communications and follow through to the completion of the job whilst maintaining explicit attention to detail and adhering to time scales
