Key Focus and Outputs

Ensure effective Communication with Guest Relations Department on all matters concerning Guest satisfaction.
Basic Maintenance and upkeep of I.T Infrastructure
Ensuring that guest receive adequate assistance and all queries are handled and responded too

Required Skill and Knowledge

Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Cameras, Photography
Administration
MS Office
Numerical abilities with processing

Qualifications and Experience

Matric
Relevant Diploma or Degree (Preferred)
