The Creative Marketing Designer in Johannesburg will be responsible for supporting brokers and clients in key marketing areas that include the preparation, assembly, and delivery of pitches & presentations, property marketing, positioning, and internal & external communications. This job will require you to employ both standard marketing techniques as well as new, creative marketing concepts, methods & platforms appropriate for commercial real estate such that it continually raises the bar for our brokers and aids them in business development. You will be required to do preparation and production of best in class marketing collateral such as RFPs, proposals, valuations, offering memorandums, flyers, email campaigns, advertisements, newsletters, mailers, and other client deliverables.

Requirements for this Creative Marketing Designer job in Johannesburg:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or similar
- 3-5+ years' experience in a role with a focus in developing strategic marketing programs, materials, and concepts
- Understanding and knowledge of graphic design principles
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and DreamWeaver
- Experience with HTML and CSS design
- Commercial Real Estate experience is highly preferred
- Sitecore, WordPress, Brandcast, other web-CMS experience a huge plus
- Capability with content management systems, SEO, web publishing platforms and website administration, preferred
- Some local travel will be required
