Job Specification...

• Prepare credit applications
• Complete financial analysis and ensure accuracy and quality of financial data
• Facilitate the sales process for new and existing products to consumers
• Oversee resolution of client queries and management of escalated queries
• Develop and maintain a competent call management environment to satisfy the resolution of customer queries and handle efficient transaction processing within SLA.
• Manage and execute client transactions and maintanance requests accordingly
• Execute appropriate  business transaction processes through local compliance, central shared services and other service providers to ensure transaction processing is controlled, efficient and effective.
• Maintanance of relevant client documentation and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines (e.g. FICA company documents and securities)
