Job Description:

Perform detailed investment analysis and legal review of new and existing bond users.

Analysis of legal documentation and reviewing of terms and conditions for appropriateness.

Sourcing transactions via reverse enquiry.

Develop and maintain counter-party and arranger relationships.

Assist with the pricing of listed bond instruments.

Global and local research and analysis.

Assistance / participation of ad-hoc projects.
