Experience:
5 years minimum in Credit Management as a Credit/Collections Manager
5 years minimum in Banking/Micro Finance Industry

Education Requirements:
Matric / NQF4 Equivalent
Certificate in Credit Management 1, 2 & 3

Advanced MS Excel

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

a. Manage personnel performance, conduct performance appraisals at required times.
b. Manage personnel training and development.
c Manage labour relations/Disciplinary processes, according to the Labour Relations Act.
d. Handle Departmental administration including writing of reports and compile work schedules.
e. Manage office equipment and resources according to Finance procedures and within the budget.
f. Monitor Targets, make sure that all staff achieve their rand value targets.
g. Responsible for all daily operational issues in call center, make sure system is functional.
h. Good understanding of prioritizing debt and targeting quick wins.
i. Implementation of strategies, and drive call campaigns through system.
j. Conduct Staff meetings Daily, weekly and monthly.
k. Managing of performance, give staff daily and weekly targets.
l. Daily audits, audits should be conducted to ensure that staff produces quality.
m. Drive productivity, to ensure that staff achieve set KPI standards.
n. Ability to compile and submit reports outlining department performance including strong Excel skills.
