Qualification and Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Credit Management Diploma and or relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
Minimum of 4 years Credit Control experience in FMCG environment compulsory
Knowledge of BAAN system advantageous
Must be computer literate

Experience and Skills Required:
Cash Allocations:
Allocating Payments daily
Monthly reconciliations
Telephone calls for debt collection
Ensuring that monthly targets are met
Target/monitor and explain overdue accounts
Monitoring risk of clients
Regular communication with clients
Assisting clients with queries
Conducting client visits as and when required
Proof of delivery - credit notes
Sending statements & letters/memo's if required
State tender contracts
