Imperial Cold Logistics Cape Town currently has a vacancy within the Debtors Department.
The successful candidate will be based in our Cape Town offices.

Key Responsibilities
(Including but not limited to)

• Full responsibility & accountability of collections/ recons
• Reconciling all accounts on a monthly basis in accordance with the credit sales policy.
• To follow up on unresolved items in accordance with credit sales policy.
• Handling of all customer queries courteously and timeously.
• To prepare thorough and accurate investigations on short credits and unresolved reconciling items.
• To invoices Suppliers timeously for all rebates, advertising and marketing claims.
• Collection of Due and Overdue Receivables.
• Credit Reporting.
• Allocate monthly remittances for payments received and load claims deducted from payment.
• Match items paid and credited accurately with appropriate transactions.
• Prepare and process journals as per procedures.
• Stock Take - assist with monthly stock take comparing, hashing, processing and balancing.
• General administration.

Requirements
• Matric
• Minimum 2 year experience in dealing with FMCG customers/ debtors book.
• Strong MS Excel skills - VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Good communication skills - written & verbal.
• Attention to detail and deadline driven.
• Experience on Spar or Shoprite or PnP and EDI statements advantageous.
• Proactive & strong problem solving ability.
• Must be able to handle pressure.
• Own transport and valid driver’s licence is essential.
