Credit Controller – Centurion
R14K Per Month, Permanent

Introduction to the role:
Maintain age analysis of 300 accounts, and achieve average 85% cash of your age analysis.

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 / Matric Non Negotiable
• Bookkeeping qualification / related advantageous
• At least 2 -5 years experience in Debtors credit control.
• Must be figure orientated.
• Reliable Transport
• Ability to work overtime
• Computer literate & software knowledge – Navision; MS Office; Email; Internet; Pastel etc
• Training will be provided on internal systems

*Note that candidates who do Credit Control within legal firms, dental or doctors rooms will not be considered. We are looking for someone with experience in dealing with large accounts. Someone for example working for FMCG & Retail Brands, who collect monies for the different entities within the Branded Company.*

Duties:
• To liaise with internal & external clients on Overdue accounts - Daily
• Allocating of client payments on accounts - daily
• Filing – Daily
• Queries – Daily
• Credit notes - Daily
• Correspondence to clients on overdue accounts – Daily
• Client visits – when required
• Reports
• Target figures – Daily
• Reject file - Weekly
• Forecast - Weekly
• Provisions - Monthly
• Interest – Monthly
• Credit Limits – Monthly
• 60 day over report - Bi - Monthly tasks
