Main Functions:
• Allocate payments on bank statement daily and credit card and other accounts monthly
• Liaise with events coordinator re. paid invoices for DVDs and printed notes
• Chasing payments for seminars/webinars via phone and email
• Preparing ‘packs’ for handover to debt collection agency within a week of final demand deadline expiring
• Send invoices for cancellation for approval by Executive Director
• Collect debit order instructions for CPD subscribers and allocate debit order payments
• Phone CPD subscribers to chase for outstanding payments
• Chase all other outstanding debts (for DVDs, notes, etc.) by phone and email
• Compile refund forms to be given to the Executive Director on a weekly basis or as and when necessary
• Resolve unallocated payments
• Chase historical debtors from previous back office system
• Deal with any other payment-related queries
• Attend conferences and deal with unpaid delegates
• Perform any other administration assignments as required by management

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience as a credit controller
• MUST START ASAP
• Mature, Reliable and well-groomed
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• Own reliable transport with Valid Driver’s licence
• Work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
