Looking for a Credit Controller for a Destination Management Company.

Experience required:
Matric essential
Experience in preparing debtors reconciliation’s, and resolving queries
Experience in a debtors department in the Hospitality Industry is advantageous
Knowledge of Tourplan is advantageous
Knowledge of Excel
General Accounting Principles

Duties include:
Accurate allocation of payments
Actively collect payments
Review Debtors Age Analysis
Send invoices and payment reminders
Monthly cash flow management
Limit bad debt provision
Conduct monthly debtors review
Review unallocated cash
Bank reconciliation
Month end processes
Balance sheet recons

The successful candidate must be self-disciplined, have a good telephone manner, good organisational skills, be a team player and have flexibility in terms of working hours.
