Credit Controller

Key performance areas:
? Allocation of payment to meet deadlines.
? Account reconciliations and follow up telephonically.
? Resolve queries regarding short deliveries, returns and price differences with customers.
? Reports and action plans.
? Maintaining Company standards in regard to debt collection.
? General administration duties.
The successful candidate must have:
? Matric with Accounting as a subject and an Accounting diploma
? 1– 3 years relevant credit control experience
? Experience in a chain store or cold chain is a requirement
? Excellent computer literacy(MS Office suit, Windows, Lotus Notes, BPCS and FRP)
? Strong written & verbal communication skills
? Excellent numerical skills
? Must be able to work independently, accurately and under pressure
? Must be results orientated
? Must have a valid driver’s license
