Credit Controller

• The credit limits and terms of customers must be monitored and maintained on a regular basis. (Minimum 6 monthly)
• Supply of stock is to be stopped if the terms and limits have been exceeded. Credit Controller must communicate with Reps, BMs and FD
• Individual release of orders for customers to be done daily, if approved and customer within terms.
• If needed, a full reconciliation of a customer's account should be done as well as sorting out of queries and following up with
the branches ensuring credit notes are processed timeously and correctly.
• Ensure that the cash sales and ZZ (COD) recons are received on a daily basis via email. A file must be maintained as evidence of receipt and review.
• Maintaining the Master file with regards to customers, ensuring that all necessary changes are made accordingly
• Sending final demands to customers and ensuring that dates are followed up prior to legal action.
• Monthly interest charges raised on payment plan customers, invoice filed with payment plan customer. Done before books close
• Age analysis to be done every 2nd week with details on outstanding monies.
