Credit Controller

Key Performance Areas:
? Creditor control full function, to accurately capture invoices in the accounting system in order to effect payment on time and accurately to creditors.
? Insure invoices are properly authorized in accordance with levels of authority and allocate it to correct Supplier and General Ledger account on daily basis
? Check and match invoices against order database
? Accurate process invoices against and post batches daily
? Payment of Invoices
? Sending remittance advices to supplier after completion of the payment
? Filling of Invoices after payment
? Accurately prepare monthly reconciliations of creditors accounts statement against Age Analysis
? Accurately Reconcile General Ledger and creditor's accounts on a monthly basis to make sure that accounts are correctly balanced.
? Processing of purchase orders
? Preparing management reports (as per Requirement)
? Any other tasks allocated from time to time by FM
Requirements:
? Grade 12
? Computer literate
? At least 3 year working experience
? Excel (intermediate)
? Financial Degree/Diploma
