Job Description:

Debtor’s collections
Monthly debtors reconciliations
Sorting out customer queries
Communication with reps and sorting out customer issues
Apply payments and credit notes
Releasing of orders
Following up short payments with customers
Opening of new accounts
Resolve queries
After hour releasing on rotation basis

Qualifications:

Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
A tertiary qualification in accounts will be advantageous.
At least 2 -3 years experience in Debtors reconciliation and collections.
Must be able to work after hours at times.
Computer literacy
Exceptional reconciliation and allocation of payment skills
