An international bank is recruiting for a Credit, Legal and Compliance Manager. The incumbent will be required to manage the correctness of Credit Sanction, Facility Letters, Loan Documentation and Collateral for complex transactions. You will be required to control the sign off Facility/Security documentation for facilities where Group exposure exceeds R10M. Advising on innovative process, procedures and rules in order to achieve business unit objectives. Applicants MUST have a BCom LLB or B Proc with Accounting and at minimum 7 years of commercial/business credit experience.
