LUCID is a Credit-Legal Services Company in operation since 2003, and is looking to place professional Business Developers to consult to Clients and sell Credit-Legal Products
Sales Consultants will be required to undergo Product Training and provide Credit-Legal consultations to Clients and sell various Professional Services to Client to improve their credit status in a professional National Contact Centre.
Applicants MUST meet the following requirements in order to apply for the Job:
1. A minimum of 2 years of un-broken work experience
2. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the relevant Industry i.e. Finance
Services / Insurance / Selling Value Added Products / Selling Cars/Houses / Selling Software Products
3. Matric with a Pass in English & Maths HG / SG OR FSB Credits as a Representative
4. Applicants must have personality traits / characteristics: -

c) Resilient
d) Positive Attitude
5. Must have the following Skills: -
a) Good written and verbal communication skills
b) Computer Skills - Word, Excel, Internet, Typing Speed of no less than 70wpm
c) Multi-tasking Ability - Must be able to work on 3 Computer Systems & Speak simultaneously
d) Excellent Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to build rapport, trust & relationships
e) Good Tone of Voice - Must be clear, professional & energetic
f) Good negotiation skills - must be a strong persuader
Month 1 - Training Fee : R8000 Paid for Passing the Training Programme & Meeting Targets in the first month.
Month 2 - Salary: Basic Salary of R7000 plus 7% of all Sales Made.
