A well-known Hospital Group in the private health care industry is seeking a CREDIT MANAGER to join their team in the Credit Control Department based in their Head Office in Kenilworth, Western Cape•Tertiary qualification in Credit Management or Finance essential•More than 5 years’ experience in a Credit Management environment•Experience in the Health Care environment will be advantageous•General accounting knowledge and financial skills•Good written and verbal skills•Numerate, accurate, methodical, customer centric and attention to detail
Key outputs: Manage the credit control function for the Group•Manage and set collection targets for the teams•Monitor group COIDA matters•Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports•Implement and maintain credit risk policies and procedures•Attend to queries, e.g. pricing, funders•Provide assistance to Case Managers and Billings Departments•Adhere to company policies and procedures.The individual must have hospital experience as they have to be familiar with the medical aids and their coding.
