A Private Education is seeking to employ an experienced Credit Operations Manager at their Head Office in Durban.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Undergraduate Degree
At least 3years relevant Experience
Experienced in analysing data and interpreting statistics

Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing Debtors control by keeping track of payments that are owing the company in terms of students fees etc.
Tracing of debtors by keeping track of debtors and contacting them for payment.
Proactively arrange debtors to pay outstanding fees and follow up on 0overdue accounts.
Manage staff and ensure targets are met on a monthly basis. Performance management and training of staff.
Providing reports and statistics to senior managers as and when required.
