A CREDIT RISK ANALYST Is URGENTLY sought by a company in JOHANNESBURG (NORTHERN SUBURBS). As an EE opportunity, the ideal candidate’s responsibility will be to:
• Provide detailed analysis to ensure a complete and accurate understanding of provisioning inputs, outputs and methodologies;
• Investigate, report and explain key provision movements to management recommending remedial action were appropriate;
• Maintain high levels of controls to manage regulatory, reputational and business risk;
• Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting of asset performance

The ideal candidate should have:
• A Bachelor’s degree (Statistics, Financial Risk Management, Mathematics, Engineering) / Post graduate degree preferable (Honours / Masters degree);
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience for Post Graduates in Finance / Banking Credit Domain / Financial Services;
• Proficient in SAS and Microsoft Office Applications;
• SQL and programming skills,
• A Manipulating data skills to gain insights;
• Good knowledge of the credit cycle.

Remuneration: R 480 000 – R 520 000 per annum.
