MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Matric, Bookkeeping Diploma or Equivalent
3+ years full function Creditors
General computer literate at intermediate level (Windows, MS Word and Excel)
QuickBooks financial system
Understand age analysis of accounts and understand general ledger structures

JOB DESCIPTION: CREDITORS ADMINISTRATOR:
Sourcing of invoices for payment.
To accurately capture invoices in the accounting systems [QuickBooks] in order to effect payment on time and accurately.
Ensure invoices are properly authorized in accordance with levels of authority and allocate it to correct Supplier & General Ledger accounts on a daily basis.
Preparation and compiling of weekly and monthly payments
Review of invoices and statements, ensure that invoices compile to the VAT act
Check & match invoices against purchase orders to ensure all stock received before payment is made.
Loading payments on banking system
Sending Remittance Advices to supplier after completion of the Payment Run.
Filing of Invoices after Payment Run
Accurately prepare Monthly reconciliations of Creditors Accounts Statements against the A/P Age Analysis.
Any adhoc duties as and when required from time to time
Monthly bank recons
Accurately reconcile G/L and Creditors Accounts on a Monthly basis to make sure that
accounts are correctly balanced

REMUNIRATION
Between R108k and R192k per annum depending on experience.
