A minimum of Grade 12 with Accounting Higher Grade. Diploma or Higher accountancy post school qualification. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years of broad-based hospitality experience, Three years creditors experience is essential. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Deals with all supplier enquiriesEnsure that all suppliers are paid accurately, on time and within agreed terms.Maintain the payment database of all suppliers.Input invoices & Requests for credit/debit notes into Accounts Payable.Reconciles suppliers’ statements against invoices. Files all invoices, requests for Debit/Credit Notes, statements, reconciliations, EFT’s & cheque counterfoils monthly.Reconcile purchases on Evolution to Micros.Processes all payments on Evolution. Load Payments on ABSA systemGood planning, organizational and management skillsGood attention to detailPastel Evolution essential
