RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced CREDITORS ADMINISTRATOR for a large concern – position based in Richards Bay.


REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Knowledge of SAP and would be a strong advantage.
Knowledge of MAPICS (ERP manufacturing software) an added advantage.
Person must be able to communicate fluently in English (read, write and speak).
Home language must be Zulu.
Abet Level 4.
2yrs+ previous experience in a creditors position in similar environment.
Strong reconciliation skills ESSENTIAL!
Must be able to work overtime as and when required.
Capture vendor invoices into Accounts Payable.
Reconciliations of vendor accounts.
Follow up and resolve queries on accounts.
Communication with vendors via email and telephonically.
Communication with buying and stores departments.
General administrative duties e.g. hashing, filing, etc.
