Engineering firm seeks Creditors and Debtors Clerk. Manage and reconcile creditors and debtors.

What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Metal Sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Reconcile creditors invoices
* Ensure creditors invoices correct
* Ensure correct process followed e.g. order authorisations, purchase orders, deliveries. Ensure paper trail in place.
* Batch processing of payments
* Prepare invoices
* Manage debtors days
* Debtors payment reconciliation

* 5+ years book-keeping
