Processing of all Creditors payments, management of suppliers accounts and HR administration.

Key responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)
1. Creditors

2. HR

3. Financial .
• Backup and support to the Cash Office Administrator.

4. General
• Capturing manual dancers receipts on the Daily Checks Spreadsheet.
• Reconciling the Axtrax dancer entries and capturing on the Daily checks spreadsheet
• Capturing pastel entries for Admin petty cash expenses.
• Assisting the accountant and Admin Manager with general data capturing from time to time
• Compiling of credit application and filing
• General office administration and file storage.

Skills, Attributes and Qualifications
• Matric.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbal and written
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Analytical.
• Accurate reporting of figures
• Highly computer literate, advanced excel is a non-negotiable
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent work ethic and high personal morals.
