Qualification:

Matric (non-negotiable) – you will need to submit your Matric Certificate together with your application

Some form of Bookkeeping or Accounting tertiary certificate or course



Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years solid Creditors Clerk experience

FMCG / Export / Retail experience will be beneficial



Job Description:

Creation of purchase orders.

Maintain and control valid outstanding purchase orders.

Process invoices linked to approved purchase orders on system.

Maintain inter-company creditor accounts.

Interact with vendors and respond to their queries.

Process creditor payments.

Reconcile vendor statements - research and correct discrepancies.

Resolve invoice discrepancies.

Process bank reconciliations.

Process petty-cash transactions and reconcile accounts.

Reconcile control accounts (Debtors, Creditors and Bank)

Keep appropriate and accurate record of files and documentation.

Ad hoc tasks.
