Minimum requirements:
Grade 12
Computer literate
At least 3 year working experience in automotive industry
Automate experience essential
Excel(intermediate)
Financial Degree/Diploma

Duties and responsibilities:
Creditor control full function (JHB, CPT, PINE TOWN), to accurately capture invoices in the accounting system in order to effect payment on time and accurately to creditors.
Insure invoices are properly authorized in accordance with levels of authority and allocate it to correct Supplier and General Ledger account on daily basis
Check and match invoices against order database
Accurate process invoices against and post batches daily
Payment of Invoices
Sending remittance advices to supplier after completion of the payment
Filling of Invoices after payment
Accurately prepare monthly reconciliations of creditors accounts statement against Age Analysis
Accurately Reconcile General Ledger and creditors accounts on a monthly basis to make sure that accounts are correctly balanced.
Processing of purchase orders
Expenses Control
Hosting monthly credit age analysis meeting
Sending Cash flow budget daily and monthly to accountant
Preparing management reports (as per Requirement)
Ensure policies and Procedures are adhered to.
Work need to be done according to the time table strictly, and work performing assessment will be done by accountant.
Any other tasks allocated from time to time by NFM
