3-4 years’ experience within creditors environment
Controlling weekly Excel Control sheet received from to ensure correctness:
Corresponding with suppliers to obtain all relevant supporting documents for deliveries to company (Supplier invoices),
Processing supplier invoices in Revelation Accounting,
Obtaining statements from suppliers and performing monthly creditor reconciliations to supplier statements and preparing payment requisitions by the 7th of each month.:
Resolving statement discrepancies with suppliers,
Issuing of sales invoices to sister company,
Resolving pricing issues between sister companies
Capturing invoice information for invoices to sister company in weekly control sheet and submitting to sister company for processing on a weekly basis,
Follow up and confirm if invoices have been processed by sister company on a weekly basis:
Issuing of supplier orders to external suppliers,
Administration of supplier purchase agreements,
Administration of supplier credit applications.
