Our client, a manufacturing concern seeks to appoint a Creditors Clerk that is committed, vibrant, hardworking and self-motivated to join their financial accounting team. Your minimum 3 years experience in full creditors function is required. Previous experience on Pastel would be advantage.

Requirements:

• A MINIMUM of 3 years full function Creditors’ experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience on Pastel Partner will be advantageous.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines and deliver results.

Responsibilities:
• Issue Purchase Orders.
• Capture Supplier Invoices on Pastel Partner.
• Send Remittance Advice to all clients at month-end.
• Compile monthly Supplier Payment Schedule as well as Age Analysis.
• Reconciliation of creditors accounts.
• Submit COD payment requests.
• Capture new Suppliers onto database.
