Minimum Qualifications, Competencies and Experience
• • Minimum matric qualification
• • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar position

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Checking and matching of invoices to supporting documentation

• Matching of electronic PO into JDE Creditors ledger
• Reconciliation of creditors accounts to monthly supplier statements
• Resolving queries
• Liaise with suppliers regarding accounts
• Timeous payments of creditors via CATS Electronic Funds Transfers
• General filing of all creditors related documents
• Assist in clearing items from the Goods Received Not Vouchered report
• Review monthly creditors age analysis and investigate long overdue items
• Other ad-hoc tasks that are reasonably expected of such a position

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
• Computer literacy: MS Office suite (MS Excel & Word to intermediate level is essential)
• Knowledge of JDE Creditors / Procurement and Smartx packages would be advantageous
• Planning and organising ability
• Meticulous attention to detail
• High degree of accuracy
• Ability to work to deadlines and in a pressurized environment
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Assertive, pro-active and a team player
