Creditors Clerk
(Atlantis Industrial)

Salary: R8000

Start date: Negotiable

Working hours: Mon – Fri (08h00 – 17h00)

Report to: Financial Manager

Qualifications:
Matric and tertiary education will be advantageous
General computer literate(Windows, MS Word and Excel)
2 -3 years’ experience in this position
Pastel Evolution experience essential
Good communication skills – fully bilingual
Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:
Process Suppliers invoices
Ensure invoices are properly authorized
Check and match invoices against orders
Ensure month end invoices and met
Monthly recon of supplier statements
C.O.D recons
Daily booking in of stock
Daily processing of cashbook
Filling of invoices
