R10 000 - R16 000 Basic Salary + Benefits per month depending on exp

Candidate Requirements:

Must be matriculated
Deadline driven
Must be accurate
Must be computer literate
Must have experience with creditors reconciliations and following up on queries
Must have honed communication skills
Navision experience would be advantageous
Foreign vendor experience advantageous
Must be able to work independently and in a team

Position Outputs:

Capturing invoices and matching to order and GRV
Prepare payment journal for discounts, COD and monthly vendors
Monthly creditors reconciliations and query resolution
Liaising with buyers and business unit re orders and purchases
Filing of paperwork in an orderly manner.
