An exceptional Creditors Clerk is needed, on a fixed term contract, to bring their skills and experience to a finance team of a flourishing company, within the fruit and farming industry, based in the southern suburbs of Cape Town.

Qualification:
Grade 12
Finance related Tertiary qualification will be an advantage

3 years relevant working experience
Ideally be coming from a retail environment
Strong organizing and prioritizing ability
Attention to detail
Great levels of Accuracy
Excellent Communication skills
Team player
Good analytical, numerical and recon skills
Be able to cope well under pressure
Ability to multi-task

Job Description:
Checking of invoices
Resolve invoice discrepancies
Capturing of invoices
Prepare invoices for payment
Loading Payments
Reconciliation of control accounts and vendor statements
Queries
Bank processing and reconciliation
Petty cash
Maintaining and controlling valid outstanding purchase orders
Processing of monthly accruals
Inter-company loan accounts
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
