CREDITORS CLERK
Salary: R12 000 – R15 000
Area: Paarl
Duties:
• Handle all aspects relating to foreign creditors.
• Ensure that SAP reconciles with creditors statements.
• Ensure that there are no overdue amounts on creditors statements.
• Ensure that GRN account is kept at a minimum.
• Ensure that all creditors are prepared, reconciled and signed off well before the end of the month.
• Ensure that all creditors are paid timeously.
• Ensure that Maximum discounts are obtained on all creditors.
• Ensure payments are made on original invoices with all the correct information on them.
• Ensure that all invoices are processed as soon after receipt of goods as possible.
• Follow up and reconcile all advance payments.
• Assist with any month end work as required.
Requirements:
• Min 3 years’ experience in local & foreign creditors
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English) & own transport
• Solid working experience in SAP
