Creditors Clerk – Plattekloof, Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

Well Established Company is looking for a Creditors Clerk that will be responsible for the processing and reconciling of supplier accounts and assisting with administrative duties.

Minimum Requirements
• Matric
• Must have Pastel Evolution and Excel experience
• Capturing of Supplier Invoices
• Reconciliation of Creditors
• Ensure invoices obtained timeously
• Loading payments
• Signing of POD's
• Compare purchase orders and delivery notes with invoices
• Request and receive monthly statements
• Process payments within agreed timelines and ensure receipt of remittance advice
• Adding \ Maintaining Assets
• Allocations – Capex / Opex
