Our client in Paarl is looking for a Creditors Clerk.

REQUIREMENTS:
5-10 years’ experience
Requires overtime at month end and at limited times during the month

Full function creditors
Capturing
Reconciling
Liaising with staff in other provinces
Variance analysis of expenses to ensure all expenses are in the book or have been accrued for in the month
Loading payments on the bank
Printing of all proof of payments
Assisting accountants with expense recons
Staff loan maintenance and reconciling
Adhoc requests from management
Overtime at month end (2 or 3 days)
Printing of group bank statements daily
Maintaining check lists to ensure all payments have been made for rent, gaming levies, weekly monitoring fees etc
