CREDITORS CLERK, RANDFONTEIN

Requirements: Min 5 years experience as a creditors clerk in the private sector
Matriculated, preferably with Accountancy
Solid Excel skills and very computer literate. System specifically for agriculture (in house)
Excellent command of business Afrikaans (dealings with agriculture) and fluent English
Own transport
Resident in Randfontein or Krugersdorp

Duties:
Daily -
Accurate payment instructions as per contracts
Allocation of delivery instruction as per contracts
Generate payment advice per tonnage purchased
Control accuracy of contracts
Calculate retentions on short deliveries and maintain accurate records
Cash flow management
Load and approve transactions on system
Communication with buyers regarding transactions or late payments
Handle buyer queries
Record keeping of all documentation of payments held back by Purchasing contracts
Booking all transactions between debtors and creditors system
Factoring for contracts
Compile and generate payment lists
Updating of banking information
Active management of sessions
Weekly -
Amend incorrect contract allocations
Reporting on unallocated loads
Reporting on loads that do not reflect as paid
Transport costs between different contracts
Updating of incident schedules
