Our client in Paarl is looking for a Creditors Clerk with 5-10 years experience.

Full Function:

Capturing

Reconciling

Liaising with directors in holding company

Liaising with staff in other provinces

Variance analysis of expenses to ensure all expenses are in the book or have been accrued for in the month

 Loading payments on the bank

Printing of all proof of payments

Assisting senior accountant with expense recons

Petty Cash reconciling

Staff loan maintenance and reconciling

Adhoc requests from management

Overtime at month end

 Printing of group bank statements daily

Maintaining check lists to ensure all payments have been made for rent, gaming levies, weekly monitoring fees etc

Salary: R16 000 - R17 000
