Westvaal Group, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free State, Mpumalanga, Western Cape & Limpopo as well as Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the position of Creditors clerk situated in Nelspruit.

Duties / Responsibilities:
Accurately capturing of invoices in the accounting system in order to effect payment on time and accurately to Creditors ;
Maintaining the floorplan of various dealerships;
Payment of invoices;
Accurately prepare monthly reconciliations;
Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
General administration and filing

Qualifications and Experience:
Matric Certificate with Maths and Accounting as subjects
Advanced Computer Literacy
MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position

Accuracy and attention to detail
Candidate must be willing to learn and develop new skills
Ability to work productively in a high pressure environment
Manages time effectively and sets clearly defined objectives
