A full time creditors clerk position is available in Cosmo Business Park. The successful candidate will ensure that all supplier accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis. Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
Obtain bank statements on a daily basis
Reconcile supplier accounts
Ensure that all payments are allocated
Ensure that cashbook postings are done
System maintenance
Filing and general administrative duties
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
General knowledge of basic accounting
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Matric/ Grade 12 and at least two years' experience as a Creditors Clerk, managing the full function
