Roles and Responsibilities
• Creditors Administration and Reporting.
- Matching of invoices to GRN's and Purchase Orders on a daily basis
- Print GRN Trial Balance daily to follow up on invoices GRN'd but not sent to HO for processing
- Prepare Creditor Reconciliations timeously, accurately and within deadline
- Discuss and keep track on payments with management
• Co-ordinate Communication with relevant stakeholders. (Head Office, Branches and Suppliers)
- Professional communication with Branches and Suppliers
- Handling of queries and ensuring all documentation is sent from branches.
- Assist the Branches with Supplier queries as and when required
- Liaising with branches to follow up on queries: short GRN's, invoices not captured on time
- Request Branches to follow up on credit notes
- Liaising with suppliers: requesting statements, discussing payments, price differences, requesting copies of outstanding documents.
- Ensure unmatched GRN's are kept to a minimum through effective controls and communication
- Checking invoices, GRN’s and Purchase orders regarding suppliers.
- Processing supplier payments, and sending out remittance advices and proof of payments to the suppliers.
• Health and Safety Responsibilities
- Report any deviations that could lead to an accident
- Participate in Safety Training to improve safety standards
- Report incidents and accidents before the end of a shift
- Adhere to the Company's Health and Safety policy and procedure
- Looking after your own safety and that of other employees
• Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities in line with your capabilities and at the request of your Superior

Job Requirements
• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
• A degree or diploma would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience the same or a similar position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Must comply with the Company’s policies and procedures
