Qualification:

BCom or similar



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years related experience

Advanced Excel skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment

Ability to work well within a team



Job Description:

Liaise with admin staff to ensure all invoices are signed off.

Ensure suppliers are paid in an effective and timeously manner.

Processing of invoices.

Ensure accurate recons.

Ensure invoices outstanding on the recons are not older than 60 days.

Proactive cash flow management on supplier payments.

Interim payments to be cleared off the ledger.

Creditor’s age analysis.

Ensure ageing is accurate.

Ensure correct correspondence and documentation are issued to suppliers.

Reconcile supplier accounts in an accurate and timeously manner.

Resolve all queries on account.
