Our Retail client in Century City is looking for an Experienced Creditors Clerk for a 5 months Maternity Cover. MUST have experience of 3-5 years Creditors experience using Pastel

Salary Negotiable for the 5 months – URGENT POSITION MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATLEY

Education and Experience
• Matric
• Basic Finance diploma/certificate
• At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Creditors Clerk
• Worked on Pastel

Job Requirements
Creditors
• Allocates & processes creditors invoices into Pastel
• Checks Purchase orders, Invoices and Statements
• Reconciles all creditors.
• Prepare Payments schedule for creditors
• Processing of prepaid marketing journal
• Requesting rental invoices, reconciliation and processing
• Sending POP when required
• Following up on creditors and rental invoices, statements and order notes as and when required
• Assisting in the monthly creditor reconciliations and preparing for payment
• Requesting rental invoices, preparing reconciliations workbook ready for import and preparing for payment
• Capture Telkom bills on Payment breakdown worksheet ready for import and pay on Easyfile once signed off
• Completing creditor applications and forwarding FICA documentation
• Month-end Processing
? Assist the Management Accountant with various month end procedures
? Balancing of intercompany loan accounts and raising of intercompany Invoices
? Processing accruals and provisions
• Special Project: Year End Audits
? Assists Management Accountant with preparations for the year end audit files
