The Finance Department of a well-established clothing manufacturer is looking to for a Creditors Clerk who will assist the department in providing the best possible service to our clients.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Matching of invoices, Delivery notes, Purchase Orders & GRN's
• Ensure checklist is completed accurately for all invoices
• Processing of all supplier invoices on Pastel
• Reconcile supplier statements to the supplier ledger account
• Filing of invoices
• Prepare supplier payments list for discounts/non-discounts
• Complete information on Supplier Credit Limit documents if required
• Processing of general journals
• Highlight problem areas on checklists
• Printing of monthly remittances from Pastel for all suppliers at month end

REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric certificate essential
• 3 - 5 years working experience in administration or finance
• Experience on Excel and Pastel would be an added advantage
• Tertiary qualification will be an advantage

REMUNERATION:
Basic salary: R12,000-00 – R14,000-00 per month based on expertise and experience.
