Creditors Clerk
Introduction
Completed Matric with 5-6 years Creditors experience within similar sector essential. Proven ability to work in a high volume processing environment. Above average Excel and Navision experience highly advantageous. Ensure that invoice is authorised; match each invoice to a purchase order and delivery note; ensure that all queries and requests for credit are resolved timeously during the month so that payment is made timeously at month end; ensure that all invoices are captured and allocated to the correct GL account in the GL; ensure that pricing on the product is checked to orders placed and that any short orders are noted and applied in the following week; ensure that no invoices are paid which have not been captured and authorised; prepare purchase variance report by close of business each Monday, with full explanations for the variances; prepare a correct reconciliation between the creditor's statement and the amount to be paid, noting all credit notes requested and queries raised. Also compare the amount to be paid to the amount outstanding per creditors ledger and fully explain any variances; hand over the creditors file for payment by no later than 15h00 on a Thursday; ensure that all payments are made timeously and that no accounts are placed on hold. Above average Excel and Navision experience highly advantageous.

R19000 plus Pension - R20000 plus Pension Monthly
