We are urgently seeking the services of an experienced creditors clerk to immediately take up the reins in the sudden absence of our clerk for 2 months.

He/she must be able to hit the ground running, need no training and very little supervision.

It’s a high volume job and the pace is fast driven by reporting deadlines, so please, no social media addicts.

We have 3 sets of company accounts all under Pastel.

Two of the companies involve fruit farming, packing and export and the other is a snack food manufacturer, combined turnover of about R60m.

We’re looking at R10-12k per month neg.

Basic duties:

Full creditors function.

Capture supplier transactions in Pastel, must have experience therein.

Reconcile Pastel supplier accounts to creditor statements.

Must be capable in MS Office, esp. Excel.

Preparation of payments list.

Maintenance of age analysis.
