Our client based in Cape Town is looking for a junior CRM developer to join their team in the IT division. You must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience to apply and be based in the Cape Town area.
You’re perfect for this position if you:
- Have a knowledge of customisation and development
- Have two years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and higher
- Have a tertiary degree, diploma or a relevant IT certification
- Demonstrate problem solving ability and the ability to work unsupervised
- Are analytical and numerical with excellent attention to detail
- Are structured and organised with good time management skills
Extra points if you have:
- An accredited Microsoft CRM qualification
- Have experience in Financial markets industry
Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analysis of CRM business requirements
- Implementing and testing changes to ensure they meet business requirements: Based on best-practice and according to company standards and deadlines
- Customisation and enhancement of the CRM application, using built-in Microsoft admin, reporting and development tools
- Developing and enhancing CRM reports using tools inside & outside of CRM
- Working with other IT development resources to integrate CRM with other applications using SSIS and other Integration tools
- Supporting user requests to import data into CRM from various sources using established tools
- Maintaining CRM security models
- Developing and maintaining documentation regarding CRM systems configuration, application workflow and business rules
- Conducting training as needed
- Technically architect the Dynamics CRM system and work on the design of solutions
